Hilton Garden Inn expands in Apac with two new signings in Busan and Hyderabad
Hilton Garden Inn Busan Gijang are going to feature a all-day eating establishment, cafe and lobby, fitness hub, swimming pool, health spa and sauna facilities. It is near local amenities including Haedong Yonggungsa Temple, Lotte World Adventure Busan and Shinsegae Simon Busan Premium Outlets.
In India, the firm has associate with Fairmont Group, a property company stationed in the city, to present Hilton Garden Inn Hyderabad Kompally. This is the label’s first hotel in Hyderabad.
International hospitality giant Hilton has already introduced the finalizings of two new Hilton Garden Inn real properties throughout Asia Pacific (Apac)– in Busan, South Korea, and Hyderabad, India– which will both open in 2028.
Noh Dae Hyun, chairperson of MS&C Co, mentions, “By leveraging Gijang’s natural surroundings and regional infrastructure, we intend to produce a differentiated place that integrates hospitality, wellness and housing experiences.”
The 111-key hotel will be part of a larger mixed-use project, and is well-positioned to take advantage of Busan’s growing account as a leisure, wellness and medical tourist hub, claims Hilton. The city is targetting to welcome 100,000 foreign medical guests each year by 2030.
In the coastal country of Gijang in Busan, Hilton authorized an operation arrangement with South Korean F&B producing firm MS&C Co, to release Hilton Garden Inn Busan Gijang.
Hilton Garden Inn is the company’s upscale label that offers inexpensive lodgings with raised amenities. The brand has about 40 trading accommodations in Apac.
The hotel is South Korea’s subsequent Hilton Garden Inn, with the first being a 208-key estate in Gangnam, Seoul, that opened in 2021. Hilton Garden Inn Busan Gijang will contribute to the firm’s 11 trading and pipeline hotels in South Korea.
Hilton Garden Inn Hyderabad Kompally is the city’s 3rd Hilton lodging, after the currently launched 115-key Hilton Hyderabad Genome Valley Resort & Spa, and the upcoming Hilton Hyderabad Gachibowli. The latter are going to come with 304 guestrooms and suites.
Located within a mixed-use project, the 96-room lodging includes an all-day dining place with a bar, and over 10,000 sq ft of meeting and activity space. The real property is close to Grade An office spaces and retail outlets, with access to essential downtown via the Outer Ring Road, a 158km-long expressway circling around Hyderabad.
